How far will you go to save a stranger?

Published by admin under Uncategorized

Would you sacrifice your child?

Each time I read the story of Abraham & Isaac I am blown away at his level of faith.

Abraham’s faith was astonishing when it came to that day of sacrifice. To kill your very own flesh and blood is not a normal decision one would have to make.

Could you be Abraham and have that same degree of faith? The faith that says

“For God I Live & for God I Die” - The faith that says “If you don’t heal me and I die - I know that you are able to Heal Me”

Think about it. Real Talk - not just words. Is my faith predicated on that decision?

I truly love my babies and my husband - But could I sacrifice them?

Could you?

Watch this amazing video and let me know your thoughts. What would you do if you were faced with this situation?

Blessings,

Nicole

Who am I?

Published by admin under Uncategorized

A few months back I was a speaker at a women’s conference for Crown of Life Ministries. My subject — “Who am I?”

I’m a visual learner so I teach using visuals.

One of the props I used was a mirror. In this exercise the women were to walk up to the mirror and write down what they saw. They weren’t allowed to be all deep or superficial.

It was interesting to listen to the responses. Over 85% of the women noticed SOMETHING BAD - a flaw. After that, the person sitting next to them had to look at them and write down what they saw.

Why is it when we look at ourselves we see what is wrong ( spinach in teeth, bra strap showing, hair out of place) But when others see us they see our beauty- our fight, our determination.

Could it be when others see us they see the GOD in us and we can’t see it?

Next time you look in the mirror, look a little bit closer and see the GOD in you.

He is mighty, powerful and strong. And if he is - so are you.

Blessings,

Nicole
